First, intel agencies and the media collaborate on who, how, and when to prosecute someone; Gather data and facts to build a rock-solid case, proclaim it to the public and virtually sway public opinion in the direction of their wind, and then they rock the whole boat by tossing in a \u201cbothsides-ism\u201d for drama effect and ratings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Point in case, mainstream news media is reporting that after the BOMBSHELL BREAKING NEWS of Trump being indicted, again, and drawing a rise out of everyone around the world, they throw a curve and allow the case to come before a Trump appointed judge, who is expected to bring a balance of power and drama to the country. This is such a clown show of American politics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to one of many reports, \u201cThe judge assigned to oversee Trump’s criminal case was appointed by Trump himself.\u201d It goes on to read: \u201cU.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon has been assigned, at least for now, to oversee the case stemming from Donald Trump’s indictment, a source confirmed to NPR on Friday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trump appointed Cannon to the bench in 2020, and she is the same judge who ruled in favor of Trump’s request to appoint a special master<\/a> to review documents seized by the FBI from Mar-a-Lago last summer, a move that temporarily stopped federal prosecutors from continuing their investigation into the documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ruling sparked pushback from the Justice Department<\/a>, which argued that the appointment would “significantly harm important governmental interests, including national security interests.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cannon also ruled to unseal a list of items the FBI seized<\/a> from their search of Trump’s home. If Trump is convicted and Cannon remains on the case, she would be responsible for determining the sentence, including any prison time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
