This is called overkill and is a transgression against God’s law.

People who defend the murder of someone who resist the orders of an officer of the law are condoning the murder and have dismissed all alternatives to upholding the law of the rights of the victim. Due process and rights to an attorney are aspects of the law that are afforded to citizens when confronted by law enforcement. But these rights are ignored and officers have become judge, jury, and executioner on the spot. To justify this defiance of the law constitutes an atrocity of the actual rule of law.

Instead, people are seeking hard to justify the officers regardless of what happen during the encounter and have given the law officer all rights to make a decision to murder someone at their own discretion. This is evil and a blatant transgression of the law of the land and of the Laws of God.

Even in the face of video evidence, officers are excused of murder, and all blame is placed on the victim with an excuse that the victim was a threat to the officer’s life or are aggressively disrespecting authority. Many police officers have used this defense – they feared for their life – as a way to justify the murder and the public have become desensitized and look the other way, ignoring any real evidence.

Some police officers should not become officers if they constantly fear for their lives. If a victim attempts to shoot to kill an officer, that is the only justification to use excessive force against the victim. Even if the victim attempts to harm the officer using another weapon such as a baseball bat or iron pole, the response by the officer should not be to murder the suspect but disarm them and take the rest of the matter to court.

Unfortunately, this is life in the United States right now as the government has taken on this same ideology to persecute the innocent, the poor, and those who resist authoritarian rule. Murder and torture have become the default ruling against the people. This is all evil because it goes against the nature of human free will and the right to exist.

Whether it be resisting arrest, running from the police, overstaying their visa or living in the United States illegally (which is a misdemeanor), because of a backlogged and broken immigration system, these infractions of the legal system does not warrant instant death by an officer of the law.
