Withdrawal/Refund Policy
Due to proprietary software, content, intellectual property, we offer a 5 day refund policy. All refunds will go through the instructor who sells the course. We will be happy to connect students with the instructor if a refund is needed. Concepts is not responsible for monies lost under those circumstances.
