The Voice of God Speaks Righteousness, and His Sheep Hear Him
It is easy to see who are of God and who are not. "My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:”
God’s voice speaks only of His will and the things He ordains for good in humanity. His instruction and inspiration are of good will toward all mankind and His Word inspires men to speak and do what is right. He speaks through many people to the world and those words are meant for goodness and peace, not wickedness or evil things.
Men who speak evil and who lie against God’s truth are wicked men and those who are offended by their words do not follow after them. God’s people hear God’s voice of goodness and truth and follow Him instead. “And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice. And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers.” John 10:4,5.
When men or the general public is shouting for peace, unity, and equality for all people regardless of creed or beliefs, this is the voice of God crying through humanity. People who hear these words are the sheep of God and will soon be called by God. They seek peace, among mankind and desire and pray that we all live a peaceable life on one accord. “All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.” John 6:37.
But when men and groups of people shout hateful, threatening words of violence and vengeance, this is not the voice of God and God’s sheep do not hear or follow them. These are people who have no faith and look for wars and for other people they want to hate instead of to love, as Jesus asked all people to do, love thy neighbor. When they name call and stereotype lies and attach evil stigmas to innocent people, they are not of God at all.
It is easy to see who are of God and who are not. “Then came the Jews round about him, and said unto him, How long dost thou make us to doubt? If thou be the Christ, tell us plainly. Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works that I do in my Father's name, they bear witness of me. But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you. My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:” John 10: 24-27.
Even after the words and works of God have been seen throughout the world, men still refuse to hear His voice and choose instead to ignore God’s Word and His command to righteousness. They disregard His instructions for humanity and go about their own form of righteousness. These are those who follow the hireling, the wolf in sheep’s clothing, and the beast of the last days.
