Church leaders worry too much about the demonic activity in the world and have neglected to protect the church.

Church leaders worry too much about the demonic activity in the world and have neglected to protect the church. There will always be demons in the world because the devil is the prince of the world. But Jesus said all those who hear His voice have the authority to go in and out of the world and still find pasture because they are sanctified by the Word and Spirit.
Jesus leads his sheep whether they are in or out of the world because He is the shepherd. “All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them. I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.” St. John 10:8, 9.
He then describes false shepherds as thieves and robbers, who come to kill, steal and destroy. (St. John 10:10). He says these people came before him into the church and attempt to lead the sheep astray. He says they do not care for the sheep and would betray them when the wolf comes. Church leaders who do not come through the door of Jesus, but come in some other ways are the thieves.
There are many false shepherds who have not entered through the door of Jesus. These men teach false doctrine that Jesus never taught. They do not teach salvation the correct way. They steal from the church, including money, power, salvation, and truth. They kill the soul by becoming Lords over the flock and committing spiritual child abuse, and they destroy the message of the gospel of salvation by teaching false salvation and wrong ways to enter the Kingdom of heaven. True believers will not hear their voice, but those who do are lead astray and left to the wolf.
There are many lost sheep who have left the church because of these false prophets and preachers. Jesus encourages His disciples to seek out the lost sheep in Luke 15:4, 5, which reads, “What man of you, having an hundred sheep, if he lose one of them, doth not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness, and go after that which is lost, until he find it? And when he hath found it, he layeth it on his shoulders, rejoicing.”
False prophets are driven by worldly lust and bring that lust into the church. They teach worldly laws and ordinances to enforce in the church. They use worldly strategies to run and control the church, such as corporate business practices, entertainment, sexual lasciviousness that pervert the family, and even tax laws that benefit the church leaders. They covet material things and place the burdens of prosperity on individuals and condemn those who live in poverty.
Jesus taught liberation and deliverance from worldly struggles but false prophets’ frown on equity, justice, compassion, and deliverance from debt. They condemn helping people in need, healing the sick through healthcare, and freedom from oppressive work requirements, stringent labor laws and even imprisonment.
They preach against replenishing the earth and saving the lands and instead stay silent on corporate pollution and unclean food, water, and air. They destroy the church by teaching worldly principles and the sheep who follow them are deaf to the voice of Jesus.
True disciples of Christ lead the sheep into truth and love through the Holy Spirit and not through influences of the world. False prophets and hirelings use the world ways to control the church and many demons come in and mislead the people through politics, race and cultural wars, and covetous practices and lusts instead of teaching the people to sanctify themselves from the world by bringing forth fruit and learning the power of Christ.
“Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works that I do in my Father's name, they bear witness of me. But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you. My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:” John 10:25-27.
