It is no surprise that white America has turned to the Supreme Court to uphold their theory of white supremacy. Under their theories, however, racism does not exist in the USA therefore no laws differentiating race are needed any longer. So, all laws protecting people of color from racism are being rolled back to prove this theory.
Unfortunately, racial morality cannot and never has been fully controlled by law; because racism resides in the heart and mind. Regardless of how many laws are written and enforced, racism finds it way through the cracks and affects people of color and their lives. From bank loans to voting rights to discrimination in the workforce and many other institutions of society.
The psychology and logic behind reverse discrimination is a mere ruse played by whites who see equality as a threat to their supposed supremacy; therefore, they continue to play the game of chicken and egg discrimination. They discriminate against people of color, people of color complain so they write laws to protect people of color, then years later turn around and claim now they are being discriminated against because of their laws. The projection is real.
So, if the slate is wiped clean and what they say is true, that there is no more discrimination and racism against people of color, they should remove the laws of civil and voting rights because that means all things and people are equal. But not so fast. There remains the concept of racism in the heart and mind, which cannot be regulated or controlled, and will soon require more laws.
But racism cannot be controlled in the hearts and minds of whites because this is what they do. They discriminate against people of color because they believe they are superior in thinking, doing, and anything required by human beings. They do not believe people of color are as smart or intelligent as them and that they should run and control everything. But we will see once the racial guardrails have been removed by the Supreme Court.
Either they will finally treat others as human, and give way to equal footing in the race of life, or they will resort back to a primitive form of racial hate and discrimination. If they resort back to the latter, this will be the biggest mistake in their history. Because this kind of hate proves their racism without a doubt and the next enlightenment will guarantee they will never get another chance in humanity.
