The fact that elected politicians have not challenged the lies that have all but destroyed the experiment of democracy is unbelievable and shines light on the question of whether any politicians, Republican or Democrat, give a damn about this country, the Constitution, or its citizens.
These are lies that can be easily debunked if any effort was given by anyone with a brain, the courage to uphold the rule of law, and a legal defense strategy. Calling someone out on a lie takes a firm stance on the truth and a constant and relentless blitz toward the liars until they have no defense and until their argument makes no sense whatsoever. And afterward, followed up with consequences that would stop lying in the future if it threatens Democracy.
The point of the law and policy is to stop anything that would cause chaos and disruption of the political process that balances the power structure of the country. This has not been done by anyone with any intentions of saving and upholding the Constitution. In fact, judges and other institutions are bowing to the corruption and allowing foolish and dangerous lies and laws that follow to pass through the system.
The first lie told and that has caused a major disruption in the democratic process is that the 2020 election was stolen and or was rigged. Because of this lie, politicians have drafted laws and policies that interfere with the election process to the point that districts within the US have been gerrymandered so unfairly that some votes are not counted or under counted leading to lopsided districts that have more power than others. Erasing the voices of many.
It has led to politicians proposing new, nonsensical laws that make it more difficult to vote, the removal of polling places (except in suburban areas), and criminalize people who have a right to vote but are now denied that right based on ridiculous laws and lies that claim people are voting who are not citizens or are ex-cons. There are already laws on the books that exclude people who are noncitizens from voting but the new laws extend this lie to people who are citizens yet unable to get the correct documents to prove it; which was never a problem. But lawmakers have not demanded proof the 2020 election was stolen and have lazily fallen to allow such deception.
Someone needs to take the existing laws and enforce them instead of allowing hack politicians and judges to reinterpret the laws in favor of corruption and anything that is not constitutional. Gerrymandering is clearly unfair and should be illegal and the process should be made to represent all voters regardless of who they are or where they live. But this simple request of the law seems too hard for the current politicians to enact.
Another boldface lie is that China is a threat to national security and they are causing a problem with the economic management of the American economy. When corporations themselves, backed by politicians, sought for cheap labor and lobbyist money, they outsourced all US manufacturing jobs overseas and apparently did not consider the long-term consequences and how it would affect the economy. Now, thirty years later they are blaming China for the economic mismanagement of the country’s economy and trying desperately to recover from something they caused.
They insist on gaslighting the American people by telling them they need to work harder if they are not prospering economically and to work two and three jobs to get ahead. They have collapsed the citizens into a debt-driven lifestyle because the wealthy of this country are too arrogant and haughty to admit they were wrong and they refuse to pay taxes or abide by regulations that help the health of Americans.
Of course, Democrat and Republican politicians will not address the real problem but continue to lie to the people by shifting the blame of their poverty onto China, immigrants, Blacks, and subcultures instead of facing the true culprits; the wealthy capitalist. They need to tell the truth and deal with it by pushing the lies into the corner and making them admit their wrong doing and force them to contribute to the economy instead of offshoring their money into foreign banks. Or else leave the country if they do not want to abide by the laws and regulations.
Because of this lie, people are becoming targets of racial hatred, encouraging racist politicians to call for war against innocent countries, and spending billions to build a military in case they must war against people who have no blame in their economic woes. A bunch of misguided cowards run this country who take no responsibility for their failures and who will not take accountability for their actions of the past 50 years.
The last and most damaging lie, is the claim of an invasion of the borders from a small street gang out of a country that has been exploited by America for centuries. South American immigrants are targeted and being rounded up by government authorities because a lie has been told that the country needs to enact an age-old Enemies Act to protect the US from invasion in a wartime situation. This is an obvious lie that even a child can understand. But no, judges and lawyers are continually misleading the people and making them believe this is a needed strategy for the security of the nation.
A freaking street gang is a threat to the US? How weak and pathetic is the military that they must war against a street gang because there is no real enemy threatening the country. What a senseless lie and a dangerous one at that. Families are being broken up; children and mothers are being traumatized because someone cannot handle the fact that people speak languages other than English when standing in line next to them. What a bunch of wimps and cry babies.
Because of this lie, other people of color are being railroaded out of jobs and opportunity because some Karen or privileged white person refuses to acknowledge the fact that people of color are making progress alongside them. Merit has become a thing suddenly when it was encouraged years ago under the label of self-improvement and advancement, equal opportunity, and racial solidarity. Now its reverse racism claimed by people who had a 400-year head start into the markets and workforce.
The reluctance and irresponsibility to confront these lies head-on shows how compromised US politicians are where it pertains to doing the jobs they were elected for. They have been bribed, exploited, and controlled by the wealthy class to enact laws based all on lies that have damaged the world reputation of this country, made it a laughing stock, and endangered the lives of millions of Americans. All because of the low self-esteem and insecurity of certain individuals who tell and believe lies, and enforce those lies through made-up policy and foolish laws.
Other lies include the deep state, government waste, fraud, and abuse, (which is clearly on military spending), and social programs are socialism or communism. This has caused the firing of top military and government agency officials who have expertise on these jobs for years and replaced with incompetent yes men and flunkies. It has caused programs that help needy people and countries to feed their poor and heal their sick, (something the US was at one time proud to claim as a Christian nation but now see as a weakness). It has also caused people to believe that one party are traitors to the nation because they follow a communist playbook from the 1930s.
Instead of making change and taking the time to fix the problems America face, corrupt political leaders and liars have convinced a large part of the nation to tear it down instead of fixing the issues. The problem is too many people are being negatively affected and to rebuild will take years, decades to repair. This will lead to either the rise of an evil leader that will further corrode the nations culture, or someone who has the guts and courage to take a serious stand against the lies.
