Choosing Barabbas Over Jesus: America Will Curse Their Children

God is giving America a chance to repent of the sins and transgressions of their past, but they are a rebellious nation and are going to crucify Jesus all over again. Evangelicals and many Trump supporters say they will not support Trump again if he runs in 2024, but their love for white supremacy and hatred toward people of color will definitely override their ethics.

When Jesus came before Pilate, he told the Jews he found nothing wrong with Jesus and that he had committed no crime. He offered to release him but the chief scribes and Pharisees demanded that he release Barabbas instead. Though Barabbas was a robber, a murderer and seditious, they would rather have him than Jesus.

“And they cried out all at once, saying, Away with this man, and release unto us Barabbas: (who for a certain sedition made in the city, and for murder, was cast into prison.)” Luke 23:18, 19.

The US government political and justice system has stalled on prosecuting Trump for the crimes they themselves say he committed and have proved beyond any reasonable doubt, yet Trump remains free and is seeking another presidential term in office.

The media is promoting this miracle of political corruption and the people are anxiously awaiting an outcome to see if he will get away with what he is accused of. Supporters of Trump secretly desire this man to return to his former seat of authority and anti-Trumpers desperately want him charged and locked up.

Unfortunately, the political system of the country is so corrupted with money and racism that it looks as though this man will not only get the chance to run again, but possibly win another term despite the supposed opposition and evidence against him.

White America, along with the Christian community will cave to white supremacy and once again vote for him to resurrect white supremacy and the wealthy can rest easy knowing their fortunes will be protected against all enemies foreign and domestic, meaning people of color.

This is a sad day for this country because when they reject the pleas of the Lord to choose goodness and the spirit of peace and they choose the opposite, the spirit of Barabbas, this country will have crucified Christ once again and their future will be damned without mercy.

“When Pilate saw that he could prevail nothing, but that rather a tumult was made, he took water, and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, I am innocent of the blood of this just person: see ye to it. Then answered all the people, and said, His blood be on us, and on our children.” Matthew 27:24, 25.
