While the US Oligarchy government is bickering over culture wars; racism, fascism, immigrants, drag queens, and abortion laws, China is steaming ahead in what matters in life to a truly advanced nation. They are not concerned with small, menial matters but are pushing ahead in providing for their people and helping the rest of the world advance.
“China is the world’s largest investor in other countries—providing funding to build infrastructure like roads and railways, energy supplies, telecommunications, and more. Through these efforts China has expanded its influence globally, posing significant challenges to the United States’ economic, political, and security interests. Through its Belt and Road Initiative, China invested $679 billion on infrastructure projects in nearly 150 countries, between 2013 and 2022.”
China is the head and not the tail as they lend to other nations constantly collecting payment and increasing their GDP while the US is in trillions of dollars in debt and climbing, including to China. They have also invested in international and global energy of solar, wind, and coal-fired power plants. They are becoming the world’s most self-reliant nation on energy, reducing its oil consumption.
The US still cannot seem to figure out how to power their plants as politicians continue the fight for oil and coal and reject solar and wind power and newer forms of energy. China has also outpaced the US in communications. Their “Investments have allowed fast construction of networks and have given China a long-term foothold in other countries. For example, China’s telecommunication projects use Chinese technical standards that are incompatible with those of other countries, including the U.S.”
The leap over US progress is guaranteed to empower China in the future if the US continues to not take development seriously and instead waste its brain power on culture wars, racism, and the energy it takes to keep Black and brown people beneath them.
But this is the consequence of a nation who has neglected its own infrastructure and cannot even help those victims of hurricanes, other natural disasters, and life-threatening diseases. The next virus or plague that hits the US will probably not be taken seriously either, yet for sure, China will help protect its people and continue to develop well into the future.
