The DEI narrative distributed by bigoted white America testifies to their bias against minorities in this country. They claim that people of color are unqualified for certain jobs and historically prefer white professionals over Black ones. This is an insult to the rest of the cultures of the world who function perfectly fine without whites.
There are pilots, doctors, engineers, and careers that require high levels of knowledge and intellect, and in some cases, they are more advanced than in the US, yet the only place in the world people of different cultures is not recognized as professionals is the US. That is because this is the only country in the world where whites believe they are God’s gift to humanity and all others are incompetent.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is simply a way to level off the discrimination people of color face here in the US and fight off the indifference and disrespect they receive from white people. To hamper down their arrogance and thoughts of superiority.
Economies work in many other countries. In many countries less people live in poverty and there is no homelessness. Medicine is more advanced, and all natural; health is better in other countries than here. In fact, many people go to other countries to get better health coverage. The US media lies to its citizens about other countries advancements and hide the truth, all throughout history.
The claim that people of color are incompetent and only white folks can do the more complicated jobs is ludicrous and reeks of conceit and self-righteousness. It plays on the Bell Curve narrative that suggest that whites were born with a naturally higher intellect than people of color. And that people of color are just above the level of animals where it pertains to cognitive development.
The only areas of development whites have advanced in that other countries have not, is war, developing weapons of mass destruction, and the art of killing, exploitation and thievery. Yet they are proud of these developments and can rightfully claim them as their own, while other countries can rejoice in the fact that they are more culturally civilized than the US.
