Multiple political analyst and social media pundits describe the retaliation of Israel against Hamas and the Palestinian people (with no effort to differentiate between the two), as a justified, almost God-given duty for Israel to take vengeance on what they deem as terrorist and barbaric savages by, killing and savagely attacking them back.
They bomb the land occupied by Palestinian families killing many, including women and children; they cut off the source of food, medical aid, water and electricity to bring about suffering, and enclose them using ground troops ordered to shoot and kill anyone trying to escape. How in God’s name is this justice?
The analyst behind this strategy are not brilliant Ivy League minds, inspired peacekeepers or any type of philosophical humanitarian thinkers, but people who thirst for vengeance and the power to make people suffer. There is no excuse on earth, biblical or academic, that justifies this behavior.
This reaction is merely a trigger response to violence on the first level and takes no thought of any other alternative. Anyone can come up with such a strategy; any wild animal would react the same against an aggressor. In fact, this strategy does not require any thought whatsoever and is devoid of logic and human reasoning and removes any responsibility toward humanity from those who simply thirst for blood and tears.
The same goes for political and church leaders in the US. Regardless of what excuse they use to justify their treatment of the minority group; of them being savages, thugs, lazy incompetents, baby killers, or estranged, the goal for them is not to remedy the problems they see using strategies that assimilate them into what they deem as normal, but is to take power, enact revenge, and make the perpetrators suffer.
The 45th president is running again to reclaim the White House based on nothing but an agenda of vengeance against his political enemies, anyone who has hurt his feelings, and against those he himself deem as un-American. And his supporters cheer this on with the same motivations at heart.
The poor, the unwhite, the socialist, the gay and all those who deviate from traditional norms are to be reckoned with through force and made to understand that they will live life under strict rule of a draconian false god, or else. If it takes violence or confinement to prison cells removed from loved ones and general society, this is going to make them think twice about disobeying those who know what life is all about.
These religious perpetrators believe that in order to survive in this cruel world, a person has to cloak their cruelty in righteous indignation and hard love so that when they reach the level of authority, they can watch the others suffer their just reward for living an ungodly life; even if it takes a gun to the head or the slow death of torture to make them change their ways.
The true underlying motivation for people to change their ways is to see them adjust to society in happiness and peace, and to succeed alongside others who have succeeded. It is to pull those who fall victim to poverty, disease and depression up and stabilize them to help others also. People are born everyday and the world grows over the years, there is no answer to humanity except to grow it, not to make it suffer or to destroy it.
