Once the party of family values, law and order, small government and trickle-down economics, the evangelical movement has lost credibility on all the above and are hanging on a thread to fight a full-blown war in the battle of the sexes.
Together with LGBTQ lifestyles, transgenderism, men in women’s sports, they are also laser focused on the answer to what a woman is. This must be the longest drop in dignity and morality in the history of religion. Never mind the poor, the love of money, idolatry, violence and war, genocide, sexual immorality, blasphemy, adultery, or any other transgressions God warns us about, they seem to have it out for gender identity the most.
They do not care about government overreach and violence against their own citizens. They do not care about law enforcement officers murdering brown and Black people in the streets or caging them like animals. They blow off corporate exploitation of low wages and gouging consumers trying to survive, they only care about people who chose a certain gender identity. This is a serious weakness and a cowardly cop out for Christians.
It seems nothing else matters in their belief system as followers of Christ. Over the past 10 years, they have forsaken anything of moral transgression such as political corruption, perversion, oppression, hate, lying and crimes against humanity and have swiped them aside to take a targeted stance against people who live in gender confusion. To them, this is a most horrible sin of all.
They believe they have defeated the abortion issue, only to usher in the death penalty for women who have miscarriages, persecution for those who are raped and become pregnant, or who are victims of incest, pedophilia and sexual trafficking, but at least they overturned the abortion law. Sadly, they have no concern about children once they are born in terms of their health or nutrition, or if they are the victims of mass shootings or even school bombings.
They will even go as far as to bring about the battle of Armageddon and the end of the world to escape Christian mission and responsibility of having to minister to an extremely small percentage of the population who may be simply confused about who they are. However, according to today’s Christians, people can commit any atrocities and transgressions against God they want, but to infringe on gender identity is too much for them to accept.
Never mind that they do not have to associate with any of these people ever in their life if they do not want to; they can avoid their spaces, homes, and events any day of the week. They can easily teach their children to avoid those lifestyles but choose to enforce brut control instead, because women and children are weaker against white, straight, male Christian warriors.
There are no news reports of transgender people breaking into homes kidnapping children or spouses and forcing them to join a sporting event or get sex changes. They are deathly afraid of these lifestyles but nonchalantly walk past the rapist, pedophile and the exploiter of women and children.
God sees the sins of the gender fluid population and will address them accordingly, but He does not ignore all other sins in the world and turns his attention solely on such a small percentage of people, which would make him an unrighteous God. It is recorded that the transgender and non-binary umbrella, represents an estimated 2.8 million people (roughly 1% of the population) aged 13+ in the U.S. Globally, some surveys indicate that 2% of adults identify as non-binary, gender-nonconforming, or fluid.
These Christians have no moral backbone, no self-conviction or sense of judgment. They have given up on all other matters of sin because they are weak and have no clue how to war in the spiritual realm against principalities instead of actual people. All they can do is shout, scream and point to people who are vulnerable and can be controlled by a large, cowardly Christian army.
