The Constitution and the Bill of Rights are the ultimate documents of governing authority put in place by the United States founding fathers and are currently being fragmented by the ultimate government authority, upheld by another governing authority, the Supreme Court. This is hypocrisy at its height.
When MAGA supporters and DHS claim the protesters are lawless and rioting in the streets (which is a lie), they insist protesters are agitators in noncompliance and impeding with law enforcement to do their jobs. Yet ICE is breaking many laws under the Bill of Rights and the Constitution. They are not even going after the criminals they swore to go after.
ICE, under the authority of this administration, are denying the rights of American citizens and murdering them while doing so. Also hypocrisy. No one can claim protesters are the lawless ones when the government itself is defying the Constitution.
Evangelicals have also attached themselves to this hypocrisy when they falsely quote a misprinted version of the Bible in Romans 13:1-3, which they changed from “higher powers,” to “governing authorities,” in their new man-made versions of the Word of God. Their argument falls apart completely with the misediting itself. Not to mention the concept behind the misprint about adhering to government authority.
How can anyone insist on complying with governing authorities when the government itself is defying it? This is an abomination to God and an insult to the intelligence of humanity. The shame these people are resistant to, followed up by their lack of conscience is astounding. The ignorance is real.
This country needs not only a political and judicial rewrite, but a moral reset that is aligned with Godly values. The corruption is off the charts, and the lawlessness is in the hands of those who support this regime, not those who resist its authoritarian rule, violence, and injustice.
