The media is trying desperately to pit Hispanics and Muslims against voting blue and to vote in favor of the GOP. They are using the immigration crises to turn American Hispanics against the Democratic Party based on an inflowing of migrants, and using the Israel-Hamas war to turn American Muslims against the current White House and their financial support for Israel.

The problem is if Hispanics and Muslims vote against the Democrats in favor of the GOP, their situation will only get worse. The GOP is pushing an America First agenda that excludes any incoming foreigners, financial support for foreign countries, and includes bans against migrants from countries they do not like. It will not get better for minorities if they put another GOP president in the White House.

In a repot from the Hill, “A group of 18 major Hispanic advocacy organizations called on President Biden to reject Republican attempts to negotiate strict border security measures amid attempts to pass a supplemental foreign policy budget.

Republican proposals include making applying for and receiving asylum at the border more difficult, implementing a “stay in Mexico” rule, allowing easier deportation and increasing the number of people in detention.

“It would be a stunning and deeply disappointing setback to witness this administration enact a law that could lead to a return to a pre-civil rights era of racial discrimination,” the letter from the advocacy organizations reads.

“Our families cannot and should not bear the burden and pay such a high price in these negotiations,” the letter continues. “These policies will not only significantly disrupt and undermine our economy and society, but they also run contrary to timeless American values and your own promises.” Notable groups signed onto the letter include UnidosUS and the Hispanic Federation.”

Furthermore, “Donald Trump, the former president and frontrunner in the Republican presidential primary, was ratcheting up his anti-immigration rhetoric, accusing immigrants of “poisoning the blood of our country” and promising to go far beyond the already-rigid measures he pursued while in office. Earlier this year, he said that, if elected, he will seek to end birthright citizenship for children born in the United States to undocumented immigrants — a proposal he’d floated during his presidency but that most legal experts believe would violate the 14th Amendment. He said he will use his administration’s authority to “keep foreign, Christian-hating communists, Marxists and socialists out of America,” suggesting an ideological test would be implemented at the border. And, speaking to a crowd in Iowa in September, Trump promised to “carry out the largest domestic deportation operation in American history,” following the model of immigrant roundups in the Eisenhower era.”

In another push against immigration, “Texas lawmakers ‘this month’ gave final approval to a bill that would allow police to arrest migrants who enter the country illegally and let local judges order them to leave the country.”

In the war against immigration, instead of fixing the immigration problem legally, which the government has had years to do, they are turning to desperate measures that includes violence, separating families, and now prison and internment camps in the future.

In the war against Muslims, the U.S. is staunchly pro-Israel and will fight to maintain the relationship with every fiber of their being because they believe they are doing God’s work. There are wide divisions in political and social relations because of the support some people have for the Palestinians and the support the US government has for Israel.

This dilemma is not good for American Muslims, or any other Americans who believe the U.S. government gives too much support to Israel, and are committing war crimes in Gaza. Yet, in their dedication to corporations and religious zealots, the mainstream media slants their coverage of the war and the 2024 presidential race toward the GOP and the wealthy, which is where their financial backing comes from.

If Hispanics and Muslims vote to install another GOP president, they would definitely be voting against their own future interest, based on a fantasy of living harmoniously along side white America, who are promising them total inclusion yet could care less about any one not white.
