Or else why would a business promote someone who has promised to make things hard for them if they take power? How naïve can a people be unless they are under restraints and the strongarm of oppression.

Despite any rules of law or historical social precedence, the media is all but promising the nation who the next president will be at the same time undermining any achievements of the current one. The object is to appeal to the resentment of paying higher prices for food and gas (which the wealthy set), and bank on the short memories of the public for the chaos caused by the man they are paid to promote.
This is all preplanned and designed by wealthy people who want what they want over the wants and needs of the public. This is the dumbest country of voters in the world who are easily manipulated by money, power, and celebrity.
The outcome will be persecution of the media companies, changes in societal norms for the worse, and the wealthy having more power than they ever had over the lives of the people. However, what these maniacs have not considered is the power of free will, resistance, and the laws of human nature.
There will be a revote against the future arrangement because when the public realize they have been played and lied to, the backlash will be social chaos, legal nightmares for major corporations, and a country full of nothing but lies, delusions, and mistrust; and eventually the lost of business, profits, and a labor force.
The problem with the power of the wealthy and their plans of domination lacks a sense of reality where it pertains to how people think and react to blatant oppression. The wealthy’s miscalculation of how safe they will be is where they make their mistake. The laws of reaping and sowing is more powerful and definitely more misunderstood by people who lack a sense of basic human nature and humanity.
